All items are non-refundable.  If you are not completely satisfy with your received items, don’t worry!  All regular price items (except accessories) are eligible for a one-time exchange.  

Return & Exchange Procedure:

  • The return request should be made within 7 days of receiving the items, otherwise it is NOT acceptable.
  • Please inform us in advance via e-mail (dotlivinghk@gmail.com), with your order number, name of returning items and the reasons of return.
  • A return address will be given to you once receiving your request, by e-mail. (normally within 2 working days)
  • Please return the items within 7 days (included public holiday) courting from the day of receiving our goods. To facilitate the returning process, please include a note in the parcel with your order number. It will help our staff to easily identify the items.
  • You will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping cost.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Accessories and bags
  • On sale items
  • Items have been used, washed, scented or altered in any way.

Faulty Item

All items are inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure good quality of your purchase orders.  In case of manufacturing fault, please send e-mail to dotlivinghk@gmail.com and attach photos of faulty items (1 picture of damaged part and 1 picture of item as a whole) to request a return & replacement.  Please note that we can only arrange replacement for the same product in same size and color, if that item is no longer available, you will receive full refund for the faulty items.

The following conditions are not considered to be faulty:

  • Damage as a result of after used.
  • Small and unapparent dirt
  • Color discrepancy: product color may be slightly different when viewing with different monitors. Individual perception of color and lighting effect when product photo shooting will also affect products displayed in the pictures.
  • Size tolerance: due to different materials and different methods of measurement, please allow around 2 inch/ 5 cm discrepancy on the size.
